A neuroscientist arrives in the city of Montevideo with the aim of studying the effect that certain sound frequencies have on people's state of mind. The development of a unique methodology leads her to cross the frontiers of science. Dr. Christina Heimbürger's search thus becomes rhizomatic, problematizing melancholy, the limits of the knowable and the arbitrary conventions that by dint of repetition we cease to see.

The dramaturgy is the result of a scenic research process taking as a starting point the text Frecuencia fantasma: notas de campo by Florencia Dansilio and the interdisciplinary work of the Hiedra collective.
